Rita Lopez Brosnan, LCPC

Executive Director

Rita is a licensed professional counselor with expertise in crisis and community-based mental health services. In 2020, she joined Senior Home Sharing (SHS), where she applies her experience as a direct service provider and program administrator to improve resident and organizational outcomes. Previously, Rita served as executive director of Metropolitan Family Services’ DuPage and Southwest Centers and as an emergency services supervisor and bilingual counselor for the DuPage County Health Department. Rita has a BA in psychology and Spanish from Wellesley College and an MS in clinical psychology from Benedictine University.

Claudia Larin

House Manager, Chase Place, Lombard

Claudia was a part-time house manager for SHS for three years before moving into the full-time position. She is a vital team member who positively impacts our residents’ daily lives by running the house smoothly and bringing the residents together to feel like a family.

Alicia Daniel

House Manager, Eagle Place, Naperville

Alicia has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Southern Illinois University, and she is currently completing her master’s degree in social work at Aurora University. Alicia creates and maintains a stable and healthy environment and provides individual and group counseling and support as part of her school internship.

Lisa Kroll, MSW, LCSW

SHS consultant for mental health assessments and individual/group counseling

Lisa is a skilled healthcare consultant with over 30 years of experience working with individuals in a community-based setting as a clinician/consultant at the DuPage County Health Department. She is skilled in clinical supervision, anger management, elder care, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She has a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from Auburn University, and a master’s in social work from Loyola University of Chicago.
